Dylan was not happy about his. Images being used to sell this programme and he threatened to sue. Most of these copies were withdrawn and never went on sale. Dylan has 3 pages allocated, asidefrom the back cover and + a further two with his discography on a double pagespread.

This appearance was Dylan's come-b. Ack gig, following a near fatal motorbike accident in July 1966, in preference to the Woodstock Festival held in his own back yard.
